Real estate developer Mexto has announced the start of construction of Castilho 3, a residential project in the center of Lisbon, following the success of the pre-sales phase.

A new residential development in Lisbon's city center has just come off the drawing board. It's called Castilho 3 and will have six spacious apartments, with areas between 250 and 400 square meters (m²).
The development began construction in December last year and should be completed by the end of 2026.

S. Gens 15, a 19th century building located in the historic district of Graça, in the heart of Lisbon, is to be rehabilitated and bring three apartments to the market: a one-bedroom, a two-bedroom and a two-bedroom duplex penthouse with a mansard.

Located in the heart of Graça, in Lisbon, the S. Gens 15 project should be completed by the summer of 2026.
