In its original form, it is an excellent example of architecture from the end of the 19th century in Lisbon. It stands out in this area of the city for having been kept preserved until the present day.
Transforming Castilho 3 meant a process of preservation and renovation, in a passionate commitment to the timeless value of beauty. The building's facades, the main hall and the central staircase have been preserved, in a remarkable work of conservation and restoration. The most significant decorative elements were integrated into the new structure, maintaining the memory of the original structure.
