The project consists of 2 separate buildings, rehabilitated and converted into 3-storey single-family houses.

Both have beautiful gardens and views over the Tejo river, and grant their residents the privilege of an architecture of excellence combined with comfort and privacy, while enjoying all that the traditional neighborhood of Ajuda has to offer.
